Theta Chi Origins
Theta Chi Chapter of The Delta Kappa Gamma Society International was organized on October 6, 1969, by Dr. Eula Lee Carter, Chairman, Alpha State Committee on Organization and Expansion, and by Miss Phyllis Ellis, Alpha State Executive Secretary. Theta Chi Chapter was sponsored by Eta Epsilon Chapter. The 214th chapter organized in Alpha State, Texas, Theta Chi serves key women educators living or working in the Northeast Tarrant County area.

Kailey is Graduating!
Kaylyn Anderson's daughter Kailey has 'grown up' in Theta Chi. Many members remember her attending meetings with Kaylyn as a small child. Kailey is graduating from Colleyville Heritage High School where she was a libero/defense player on the JV and Varsity Volleyball team for 4 years. She is also a member of The National Society of High School Scholars, Spirit Sisters, Redefining Beautiful, Student Council, Special Olympics Best Buddies program. She plans to attend OU and has received the $5,000 Sower Award Scholarship. Congratulations to Kailey and the whole family!
